Hello all interested in 3D virtual world. Another, this time Czech Blender conference is on the way. Under some circumstances this conference will be more of Game engine part of Blender, but fortunately not only. If you are interested more in animation stuff, consider these presentations as well, because you never know when you’ll have to animate something that could be done by the realtime simulation. For people who have just started there is also Basic lighting lecture which will be interesting even for Blender geeks and more and more, check the schedule.
The Czech Blender conference 2008 will happen on 7th October 2008 from noon to 7PM again on Academy of Fine Arts Prague.

This post might seems out off topic but I think it’s a nice project so I want you to know it as well.

The story:
I wanted to buy  The TAO TE CHING book written by Lao tzu so I went straight to Amazon and found there an old translation form 1943 hardcover. You know once I want to buy a book it has to have grate cover :), but the picture isn’t presented there so I went on searching and first found http://www.taoteching.org/ where is all the poetry in nice order but then I found thegutenberg.org site. There are no pictures of any covers as far as I know but couple free book about 3 millions ;). They are in txt, pdf an many more formats, so if you like to read something and don’t want to wait for delivery or you don’t mind the blinking screen when you read give it try.
